Instructions on How to Use the Shop

Please read below for instructions on how to use the shop

1. Make sure you have enabled cookies
2. Sign up for an account on the shop front page. You will be asked to confirm your details once you have entered them.
3. Activate your account via the link in the email you have will have been sent by the system. If you cannot find this email, please check your spam/junk folder and if the link does not work please make sure it has been copied in its entirety.
4. You will be automatically logged into the main shop page where you can register for courses, buy items etc. Every time you register/buy something you will see it in your shopping cart on the right hand side of the page.
5. Once you have finished, click "checkout" (bottom of the bar on the right hand side) and you will be directed to a page which displays your shopping cart
6. Click "Payment" to be directed to our secure payment site where you can enter your card details. Please note that if you are registering for any of our courses then your registration is not confirmed unless you have paid.

If you cannot log-in please check the following:

1. Are you using the correct email address? If you commonly use more than one email address the please make sure you are logging into the shop with the email addresyou originally signed up with.
2. Are you using the correct password? Passwords are case senstive (i.e. "A" is different to "a"). A comon problem is that spaces or carriage returns end up being copied if passwords are copied from documents/emails. The system will not accept your password if it includes a space or a carriage return. A good way to check that the password has been copied correctly is to paste it in to a simple text editor such as notepad (which is part of Microsoft Windows).
